Teach me to do Your will.  Psalm 143

Teach me to see Thee in misfortune, as well as in prosperity, in sorrow, as well as in joy.

The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.  Job 1:21

This is the day the Lord has made.  I shall rejoice and be glad in it!

Turn me away from the temptation to avoid my responsibilities.
