Today I will sit quietly and ask my secret dreams and desires to come to me. I will imagine a picture of my true self. I will take steps toward making my life the way I want it to be.

To say that the universe happened by chance is absurd. It's design, intricacy, and orderliness point to a personally involved creator. As you look at God's handiwork in nature and the heavens, thank Him for such magnificent beauty and the truth it reveals about the Creator.

(Gordon B. Hinckley, Stand A Little Taller, 2 July)

If we ask, God will certainly forgive our derelictions. But in no case does He render us white as snow and keep us that way without out cooperation.
