Days Of Isaiah

In the days of Isaiah God replaced the proud leaders of Judah with weaklings, nobodies, without ability, who oppressed the people. Why? Because the nation not only sinned but boasted of it openly. (after Warren W. Wiersbe, Chapter-By-Chapter Bible Commentary, p. 454)
