Archery

Skilled archers will put an arrow in the bow and pull back. They won't release until they feel sure. There's so much more to this simple action than meets the eye. Certainty is essential to scoring the bull's-eye. Now imagine that you are the arrow and God is the archer. Don't ask questions. Don't doubt your place. Don't complain about the strain of being pulled back. God doesn't miss. Faith comes in the waiting. when the release comes you can be sure you'll be heading in the direction where God wants you.
